The document which is supoosed to answer queries from the Bishops of the Universal Church on the Motu Proprio Traditionis custodes can be read in full here.
The bombshell is that it appears Confirmations and ordinations according to pre-Vatican II books are now not permitted, as the use of the Pontificale Romanum is banned.
The original document was issued on the 16th July last and in it, the Pope placed restrictions on the celebration of Mass using the venerable Roman Missal, known variously as the extraordinary form of the Roman Rite, the Tridentine Mass, and the Traditional Latin Mass.
Amen.
